Meet Anona:
I am Anona, 15 years of age and 4’10” woman, experienced severe physical, mental abuse and violence within a school setting. Which lead to horrific anxiety and even thoughts of self harm.
Through Denise Plowman’s lessons and kindness I won my power back. What seemed to be a never ending cycle of PTSD and fear ended. I learned not only how to defend myself but also that the struggles we as humans face at the hands of other does not and will never dictate our worth. I won my power back. And so can you!
