I would like to introduce you to the Rameriz family: Pat, Teresa, and Azalea. Pat and Teresa both began Kenpo in 1995. Together, they earned their black belts at BWKS in 2000 for Teresa, and 2001 for Pat. Each hold two 1st place trophies, plus, a second and third at the Long Beach IKC. It is said that, ”You might leave Kenpo, but Kenpo will never leave you.” This is the case for Pat and Teresa. They had to take a hiatus for a short period of time but are back to training and serving others, and for this, we are truly grateful. Pat says, “Maybe a little older, banged up, but surviving.” Aren’t we all?!
And now we get to welcome another generation in the family, a little girl that brings joy to the studio. Welcome, Azalea, you have many friends who love you
