Pauline Seremetis

Pauline “Lightning Fast” Seremetis is from Massachusetts. She has her Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience and currently works as a Direct Care Support Behavioral Specialist helping adults ages 18-34 years old who have intellectual disabilities such as Autism, Down Syndrome, and ADHD. Pauline has been training in the martial arts since she was 13. She holds a first degree black belt in Taekwondo from Personal Best Karate under Master Christopher Rappold. She also holds a third degree black belt under Master Jeff Dukes, Sr., and has the Ed Parker/ Frank Trejo lineage as a 3rd generation Kenpo black belt.  She studied Kungfu under Sifu Ron Lee, and he showed her techniques that were very effective in protecting herself. She currently is training under Mr. Dan D’Onfro at Dan D’Onfro World Class Kenpo Karate Academy in Dartmouth, Massachusetts, and hopes to earn a black belt in the future from his school. Pauline is someone who enjoys learning new techniques and skills in martial arts.

In addition, Pauline competes on the NASKA and Krane Circuits. She is a 5x Forms National Champion and 2x Sparring Grand Champion. During the 2021 NASKA tournament season, she was ranked the #2 fighter for 18+ Women’s Black Belt Light Sparring on World and National rankings. For the 2021 Krane season, she took State, National, and Triple Crown Champion in 18+ Women’s Black Belt Point Sparring. She also took State and National Champion in 18-29 Women’s Black Belt Traditional Forms.

She will continue to compete on the NASKA and Krane circuits for the 2022 tournament season. One of Pauline’s biggest goals for 2022 is to be ranked the #1 fighter in the World on the NASKA circuit for point and continuous sparring divisions. Pauline was selected to be on Team NMAC International in March 2022. Pauline qualified at the WKC USA Nationals and placed 1st in continuous sparring, 1st in point sparring, and 1st in Kenpo forms divisions. She will be representing Team USA in Ireland at the WKC World Championships in October 2022.

Pauline hopes to model for Century Martial Arts and is an ambassador for Women’s Venum. She was also featured in the 3rd edition magazine Deadly Art of Survival in March 2022. Pauline has trained with world class champions such as Kathy Long, Benny “The Jet” Urquidez, Don “The Dragon” Wilson, Ray Mercer, Dana Abbott, Senior Master Huk Planas, Master Jeff Dukes, and Mr. Dan D’Onfro. She is an ambitious, positive, and talented young lady who is determined to accomplish her dreams in life.
